How long will shipping take?


Please allow 3 - 7 days for postage and handling. Once your order has been processed, we will advise you of anticipated delivery date and any tracking details. We will do everything in our power to ensure your delivery is as timely as possible, however we cannot be held liable for any postage delays due to public holidays, busy postal periods or when supplied with an incorrect address. The affects of COVID-19 have caused international disruptions and thus orders should expect delays. Domestic (Australia) orders are largely unchanged however international orders can expect greater delay.




Can I pick up my order?


No, we do not have a physical store.




Why can't I get deliveries in my country?


We currently only offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA, Canada and United Kingdom. If you wish to ship outside of AU, NZ, USA, Canada or UK, please email info@fayandphable.com or submit a form on the customer care page and we will be in contact.




How should I care for my garment?


We recommend machine wash on a cold gentle setting. Use a phosphat-free detergent if possible and line dry in the shade or machine dry on a low temerature setting.
