FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Whats my size?
Please refer to our size guide for your best fit.
How long will shipping take?
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunatly, no as I do not have a physical store.
Why can't I get deliveries in my country?
We currently only offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA, and Canada. If you wish to ship outside of AU, NZ, USA, or Canada, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a form on the customer care page and we will be in contact.
How should I care for my garment?
We recommend machine wash on a cold gentle setting. Use a phosphat-free detergent if possible and line dry in the shade or machine dry on a low temerature setting.
Do you offer custom?
Yes, I offer two options, one is a design your own section, where you can select your choice of print or plain and what style of PJ set you would like. Or you are welcome to contact me if you have something specific in mind and are unable to find it offered on my sight.
Kindly note that the Design Your Own section is currently closed due to shipping issues, incurred by the pandemic and postage delays. This will re-open in the new year.
How many do you make?
Typically I make no more than 10 units per style, however there maybe some instances where I will chose to repeat a style and make another 10.
LTD or Limited Edition, all my garments are technically limited edition, as I make such a small number per style. However, when you see an LTD placed on a particular style it means that once sold out it will not be repeated, unless under special circumstances. This can pertain to a particular style in a certain print, or as I design all prints myself, it may refer to the print itself.
A remake of a sold-out LTD garment, will only be offered, under there following:
1- Availability of fabric.
2- To replace a much-loved item.
3- Or size is sold out for size exchange and no suitable replacement is found.
Once an LTD is placed on the style a number will be added to it in the for of a Roman numeral inducting the number of garments I have made for this style.
How often do you add new garments to your website?
I as I am the designer for both, the textiles, and the garments themselves, the pattern maker, and the seamstress I am in constant state of both development and production, producing new textiles and new styles alike, however the downside of being able to do all this myself is that it is slow, hence the term “slow fashion label”. New styles are released in small drops.
