​Pre-Christmas final lodgement dates for deliveries from WA: 

Unfortunately, due to ongoing situations and the current delays, I have been advised by the Australian Postal Service that pre-Christmas final lodgement dates for Parcel Post deliveries are as follows: 

​

  • Deliveries to NSW from WA:
    lodgement by 6 December.

  • Deliveries to VIC and QLD from WA:
    lodgement by 5 December.

  • FREE standard delivery within Australia and New Zealand on orders over $150 AUD

  • Standard delivery within Australia: From $9.70 AUD

  • Express delivery within Australia: From $12.95 AUD

  • Standard delivery New Zealand: From $18.20 AUD

  • Express delivery New Zealand: From $33.20 AUD

  • International Shipping Standard Delivery (USA and Canada): From AU$24.00 (Tracked) 

  • Delivery cost may vary due to weight

Postage and Delivery Details 

 

  • Please allow 3 - 7 days for postage and handling. Once your order has been processed, we will advise you of anticipated delivery date and any tracking details

​

  • If you would like to follow your order once it has left our office, please track your items through Australia Post using your provided tracking number.

​

  • We will do everything in our power to ensure your delivery is as timely as possible however we cannot be held liable for any postage delays due to public holidays, busy postal periods or when supplied with an incorrect address.

​

  • Fay and Phable cannot be held liable for lost or damaged goods that might occur by our postage carriers or any person(s) that handles your goods once they have left the office. 

​

  • If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you via email and provide you with an estimate of availability, a store credit or full refund.

​

  • International orders may incur addition postage, customs and import duties dependent on cost and country and are not included in delivery costs.

​

  • We currently only offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA and Canada. If you wish to order a product outside of AU, NZ, USA or Canada, please email and we can arrange shipping.
