Exchanges and Returns 

Purchasing online can be a little daunting. For peace of mind I do accept exchanges within 7 days from receiving the garment. Please note that this dose not include custom orders. 


Incorrect Size:  


If you have chosen an incorrect size, I would be happy to exchange your item for the correct size, subject to availability.


Kindly note most items I design and make are limited edition, as I only produce a small number of units per style.

If availability in an alternative size in the same style prohibits an immediate exchange, you will be notified email and will be offered either the following:


  • As original purchaser a refund may be offered.

  • If received as a gift a store credit may be issued with a validity of 6 months from date of return. 

If you wish to exchange your item, please ensure:


  • The item/s must are returned in their original condition, including wash bag if applicable.

  • The item/s have not been worn, washed or soiled and damaged in any way (this includes makeup stains and/or traces of perfume, deodorant or body odour).

  • You must notify Fay & Phable within 7 days of receiving the garment.

  • The garment must be sent immediately after return approval.

  • The original invoice or gift receipt as proof of purchase is provided.

To request an exchange, please email and a return address will be provided. Sorry, we do not cover the postage costs of returning an item.

Please be aware that the goods are your responsibility until they reach Fay & Phable, so please ensure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way.

A trackable postal service is recommended to ensure it reaches its destination.


Once your returned item/s are received and meet the above conditions your new item/s will be sent, you will be contacted via email.

In the event a returned item does not meet the set standards, Fay & Phable reserves the right to reject the return.



Refunds will be offered in line with ACCC guidelines.

Refunds will only be provided due to manufacture defaults and not general wear and tear.

Unfortunately, refunds are not offered for change of mind or custom orders.


All garments I make are lovingly handmade with care and are inspected before shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are received.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty garment that is damaged beyond repair, a replacement will be offered to replace the original, subject to availability.

All faulty returns will be assessed. Fay & Phable reserve the right to repair or replace the item/s.

If the item cannot be replaced/repaired, a store credit or a refund will be provided.


Fay and Phable should be notified of any faults that are detected within 14 days after receiving the item.  There is a grace period of 30 days from the date of purchase to return a faulty item, as long as Fay & Phable has been notified within the above time period of said fault.

If a fault is found after this period, your refund claim may not be accepted.

Fay & Phable reserves the right to reject the return/refund should the fault be found due to mistreatment of garments.


A refund may be also be issued if an alternative size in the same style is unavailable for exchange.


Please ensure all garments are handled in line with wash and care label guidelines. A refund or exchange will not be issued due to colour fading, colour running, fabric burring, pulling, or deterioration.

Please note that colours may appear different on computer screens and some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are. 

Returns should be made as quickly as possible and include proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, as these garments are specifically tailored to you, an individual and are not part of the collections on offer.  As we can not resell them we are unable to offer or accept  exchanges or refunds on these items.

Guest Collection

From time to time, Fay and Phable will host collections from guest designers. While we carefully select these collections, Fay and Phable is not responsible for product quality or delivery. All queries regarding the guest collection should be directed to the address provided in the collection information.
