Exchanges and Returns 

Purchasing online can be a little daunting. For peace of mind we do accept exchanges within 7 days from receiving the garment. 

 

Incorrect Size:  

 

If you have chosen an incorrect size, we will exchange your item for the correct size, subject to availability.

 

Kindly note items are limited edition and only a small number of units are made.

If availability in an alternative size in the same style prohibits an immediate exchange,

you will be notified by email and will be offered either the following:

 

  • As original purchaser, a refund may be offered.

 

If you wish to exchange your item, please ensure:

 

  • The item/s must be in their original condition.

  • The item/s have not been worn, washed or soiled and damaged in any way (this includes makeup stains and/or traces of perfume, deodorant or body odour)

  • You must notify WATSON BROWN within 7 days of receiving the garment.

  • The garment must be sent immediately after return approval.

  • The original invoice or gift receipt as proof of purchase is provided.

To request an exchange, please email watsonbrown.silk@gmail.com and a return address will be provided. Sorry, we do not cover the postage costs of returning an item.

Please be aware that the goods are your responsibility until they reach the return address, so please ensure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way.

A trackable postal service is recommended to ensure it reaches its destination.

 

Once your returned item/s are received and meet the above conditions your new item/s will be sent, you will be contacted via email.

In the event a returned item does not meet the set standards, WATSON BROWN reserves the right to reject the return.
